Akram Raouf, CPA CGA

Akram has been working in accounting and tax public practice for many years helping his clients with their tax compliance matters. He is a founding partner at RH&A CPA LLP. He always kept his clients interest at heart and wanted to ensure their maximum value. Often times, clients came to him after the conclusion of their business sale agreements that were grossly unfavorable. These agreements were brokered by real estate agents that do not have the knowledge or expertise in the structure of a business sale agreement. This is where Sold By CPA was born whereby CPA's can be positioned to properly serve clients that are selling their business.
